The Kentucky Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (KY FAME) develops a pipeline of skilled advanced manufacturing technicians through on-the-job application of a three-pronged process combining technical skills, personal behaviors and manufacturing core exercises.

The program serves to improve the image of the manufacturing industry and promote manufacturing-related career pathway opportunities for Kentucky residents.
